By accessing and using the website www.stallionsbarbershop.com and the services provided by Stallions Barbershop & Salon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Stallions Barbershop & Salon provides barbershop services, hair salon services, mobile haircut services, hair product sales, and a barbering training program across our locations in Victoria, BC and Salt Spring Island, BC. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked through our third-party booking platform (Vagaro) or by phone.
• We accept both walk-ins and appointments, depending on the location and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment or booking restrictions.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
• Hair products are sold at $20 each and are available for in-store purchase only.

5. Barbering Program

• The barbering training program consists of 3 classes at $900 each ($2,700 total), with an optional barbering kit for $800.
• A certificate of completion is issued upon finishing the program. This is not a government-issued barber license.
• Program fees are non-refundable once a class has commenced.
• Stallions Barbershop reserves the right to refuse enrollment or remove participants who violate safety protocols or disrupt the learning environment.

6. Mobile Barbershop Services

• Mobile haircut services are available in the Greater Victoria area and Salt Spring Island.
• Bookings are subject to availability and scheduling.
• A suitable space with access to electricity may be required at the service location.
• Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Stallions Barbershop & Salon and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stallions Barbershop & Salon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
